There are a lot of car enthusiasts today, and I am one of them. Car enthusiasts are divided into classic car enthusiasts and modern car enthusiasts. Classic car enthusiasts are more interested in old model cars; many of them buy and restore old scrap vehicles and even keep them in their garages. It gives them happiness just to see these cars, even if they don't use them anymore. The thing that classic car drivers actually like the most is the large engine volumes found in many old cars, especially American cars. Large engines, such as V8s, are used, and although some people may be uncomfortable with this, I frankly like it very much because they produce a full and beautiful sound.
Modern motorists, on the other hand, prefer new model cars. While classic car enthusiasts mostly keep their cars original, modern car drivers enjoy modifying them more. I appreciate both modern and classic cars; I think they evoke very different passions. Even the way they make me feel is quite different. If I had a garage, I would want to have both modern and classic cars.
Classic cars have always been more challenging. While old cars are often said to be more robust, they can break down more frequently as time goes on. However, if you have a good mechanic, you don’t have to worry too much about it.
There are many car museums today, and I think it is very nice to visit them because they showcase both classic and modern cars that are extremely beautiful—cars I wish I could drive, even if they are not part of the exhibition. Of course, apart from museums, many car enthusiasts meet at fairs and have a good time. It is a pleasure to visit those fairs; car fairs are not as quiet as car museums and can be a bit overwhelming. So, my preference would be to visit a car museum in a quiet and calm environment.
In terms of modification, if it is too exaggerated, it is likely to result in fines in many countries, such as for loud music systems and exaggerated exhausts. Although I don't like excessive music systems, I think exhausts that sound good— even if they are loud—are beautiful. However, it is never good or ethical to use them in the city late at night or early in the morning. In fact, I believe the best experience is to enjoy them on the track.
Apart from car drivers, there are also motorcyclists, whom I admire the most. Unfortunately, my family is against motorcycles. While performing acrobatic movements, burning tires, and riding at high speeds on one wheel can be dangerous, I think riding a motorcycle looks very enjoyable. I also believe it is a pleasure to feel the wind while on the road.
